It is deeply ironic that you are asking our forgiveness in the comments to this page, because this kind of subtle characterization is exactly the thing that I love about your comic.
And it’s not cowardice, Josh. You see death coming with rage in her eyes, and you can’t see any way to stop her, so you’re trying to get everyone you can out of her path. It may be that if you were less scared you would be able to figure something out, but your heart is in the right place … no pun intended. 🙂
