I have to say it, Cary is getting indirect assistance with those coins, the kind of force needed to do this is comparable to Oddjob beheading a solid marble statue… Unless they were enchanted in advance.
Cary has powers that are not stopped by an anti-magic field.
If her powers were directly granted by some sort of god or force of nature, they might be outside the normal rules of the world, including normal magic. We don’t know for sure exactly what her powers are or how she got them, but we know she is called “the Auric” and she says she has “the power of rebellion”.

Your statement that we don’t know what her power is, isn’t entirely true She says “Now I’m the APOTHEOSIS of rebellion” on the page you linked. Apotheosis means to raise to god like status (here’s a link explaining it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apotheosis) her power is divine/ cosmic but you are right we don’t know how she got them them in the fist place.
