What IS the Auric? You might already be able to guess…but spelling it out is for later, of course. Also: even bad guys have loved ones. Cary and Max seem like a cute couple when they’re not doing evil.

A flaw in Cary’s plan is that there’s one organization which *isn’t* huge and bloated. Said organization is not a direct enemy right now–but if Cary does anything to tick THEM off, well, they don’t like being screwed with, either.
I think you can tell who I’m talking about… *points to title of the entire webcomic* 😛
Eyep… Can’t wait to see how Cary get’s on the Dragon Doctor’s bad side. :3
She already unleashed confusion, pain, misery, and suffering on the populace they treat. And even if that weren’t enough, look what she did to Jack and Blue… hurting anyone’s friends is a surefire way to piss ’em off.
Give her time, she’ll find a way!
Also, as a side note: They’re also technically on the same side too, since the demons cause problems for EVERYONE.
Arguably, Cary’s organization is bloated and her iron-fisted control of her criminal empire and her power are static order to be rebelled against. Then again maybe she uses the spark against itself and rebels against its “rules”.
The living incarnation of Rebellion? That’s a nasty mess to get into.
“I faced impossible odds and won.”
If that’s all it takes to claim this power, and Cary relies on it to this degree, and she still wants to control Tinto… she has no idea what deep shit she’s in, and I am so ready to see her find out.
