I didn’t realize that was makeup in B&W. I like it – looks intimidating. Sort of like a more aggressive smokey-eye. Almost makes me wonder if it’ll catch on out here in reality one day.

I think that depends on how much pull the police chief actutally has. If she got some pull with the upper echelons the Mayor is going to lose hers. Otherrwise it probably looks bad for the police chief.
