Well, that’s one mystery resolved. I hope nobody thinks it’s at all cheap or out-of-character that it was resolved this way. It just seemed to me that that’s… how the characters would react.
Now onto the next part of the Fallout…

oh man, that’s really sweet <3
I hope Aki at least shaves some of that beard
I don’t know – it works pretty well in my eyes.
Now THIS beard, I like. Much better than the whole “I just threw up” look he had sporting a decade ago or so.
Happy! Happy! Happy!
adorable for sure.
and Aki should just keep the beard.. just adjusting it alittle.
Agreed. Some grooming seems in order. But otherwise, it’s quite alright.
The only thing left to do is some rejuvenation for Goro and Aki and it’s done.
Heck, those are your characters, Speed. If there’s anyone knowing how they’d react, it’s YOU.
And good choice, Elka! Those clothes look good on you, are comfortable, practical and perfectly fine for any casual situation like this one.
Of all the various changes, it’s Sarin who keeps giving me the mental hiccup. ‘Who’s that? Oh, wait, yeah…’
I don’t want to take anything away from Sarin’s dramatic gesture (the “True Transformation” to change colors) but I liked the way she looked with her original colors including the green hair.
I’m pretty sure that Mori will get un-greyed somehow, and maybe then Sarin will change appearance again.
Despite what I want, Sarin will do whatever she and Mori want. And I wonder if Sarin would view changing back to the way she used to look as boring or something.
You’re not the only one, actually… It keeps fooling me too.
Heh.
Goro doesn’t need to be a biological male, anyway–while Goro might’ve just gotten transformed into a girl, Goro’s notably larger now as a girl than originally as a girl, so Goro right now is actually in a happy medium as I see it:
Goro’s got the size and basic “big” personality of Goro’s original manly self, but the gender and new “refined” personality of Goro’s experiences as a mother.
So it makes perfect sense.
I’m less-good at coming up for an explanation about Aki, so I’ll leave that one to someone else, but Goro’s makes perfect sense.
