Master Xifu was mentioned as someone who put one over on Sarin transformationally, but it’s not Sarin’s Master’s name. Sarin’s Master’s name is a secret currently known only to Sarin. (This will be important in the next Patreon bonus story, which I am working on RIGHT NOW)
Also, is the intended schedule Monday-Wednesday-Friday? I ask because I read so many webcomics that I sort them by when they update, and I don’t currently know where to put Dragon Doctors.
I TRY to make it Monday-Wednesday-Friday, though my current work schedule messes with that because it’s a 12-hour work shift on Thursday. I’ll try to make the comics ahead of time this week to accomodate that.
I’m going to guess some kind of demon. While in many mythologies demons have innate access to magic, in most but not all they are not made of magic. So if they are in an area where magic is void they could still exist. They would also still have access to any innate physical ability they possess as that is not magic, but a part of them. That includes potentially things such as regeneration, spontaneous creation of tentacles, enhanced physical attributes, and so forth. At least from a simple thought.
I hope it isn’t, but is that Master Xifu?
That’s his name, right? Xifu? I think I saw it in one of the earliest chapters, but I can’t find it.

I -was- intrested what’s under the hood… then came that last panel… no longer sure I want to know.
Whatever it is, it can’t be a magic being since it survives being in an anti-magic field.

I’m guessing it’s a demon of rot.
A Dementor or the headless monks from Doctor Who?
He’s a zombie, a demon of death and decay, and a really bad liar.
Anyone else think that something spectacular will happen when Sarin’s stuff gets into the incinerator?
I am reminded of a Worm Who Walks for whatever reason.
