Yay! more comics. 🙂 I suggest getting ergonomic grips so that your thumb isn’t as necessary to grip hard. PhD mechanical pencils are my personal favorite, although I don’t know if they have the right hardness of lead for what you are doing.
Oh, and what is that white window supposed to be? That’s how/where she got thrown into this dark world from the “real” world, and where the fake Mori exits into the real world? And Mori has the power to call the demon back from the fake world into the dark world?
Is the thumb injury from overuse or from dropping something on it? Seriously, I’m going to school to learn how to rehab stuff like that, so maybe I might be able to help (or be of more help in 6-18 months or so).

take it easy and relax. “Comic is finished when it is finished” motto is a good one and worth to wait for.
