The Dragon Doctors

I never really established this in the comics but essentially Sarin is copying the effect of the Equipment Failure spell that Mori developed way way back in Chapter 2. The spell was not intended to be so strong as to actually disintegrate clothing but Sarin’s dumping extra power into it because she’s awesome like that.
