My first thought was that was a go board but thats a 1v1 game so not whats I expect it to be from the description.
It is a Go board, actually – Mori was just being poetical about the nature of the game. Possibly because he didn’t expect Tanica to be an expert player.
Glow in the dark skin would be pretty cool! But it’d kill stealth. Pass.
