I can think of a few possibilities. They mainly rely on loops.
One is commanding Cary to destroy when she doesn’t want to. Not destroy something specific, but just “destroy.” She has to lash out at any command, so by doing that she would be fulfilling the command. My idea there is that doing that would make her unfit to be Auric since she’d be following orders. It would work best if the one doing it was aiming for destruction, since it would result in Cary fulfilling a command she didn’t want to for someone trying to use her.
Since you can’t overpower or bind Cary, it pretty much just leaves outsmarting her (or more specifically the Auric’s power, since it controls her) or putting her in a paradoxical position that only not being the Auric could fix.
Just finished reading up to here, have been reading for a few days now. The story is pretty good the art is probably the weak point–but more than sufficient for getting the point across. I really like the story here, and it’s pretty awesome having a large archive to go through–an advantage of this for your readers is that when your production slows down, they can go back and reread past parts of the story. It’s also pretty awesome being able to see an artist’s progress as they get better at drawing (and in this case, writing as well). There’s certainly comics with better art–but very few of them have anywhere near as good a story. Don’t get too depressed by things people say (or don’t say) about your comic–the only criticism you need to pay attention to is your own.
Over all, I’d consider DD to be about on the same level as Dominic Deegan, which is fairly epic. Hope to see your comic get even better. – E
Well, you have an “in” by knowing who’s working Cary’s army, Sam. And Cary’s not likely to be immune to poison, or environmental dangers. Rember, Cary can’t be taken down by force, but she’s shown that she can be taken down by non-forceful means because she’s nowhere near as smart as she thinks she is.

Always take care of yourself first.
Agreed, take care of yourself first.
hmm for some reason i feel she did hint that there IS a way to beat Cary.

Damn, the succubus is an ASSHOLE.
Have not doubt that we think that it is worth the wait. Do what you can when you can and we’ll be happy.
There’s no way YOU can stop her either, is it? You are just throwing more and more collateral damage in her way hoping you slow her down.
Ooh, you write the most NEFARIOUS villains.

“Why are you expositing at us?”
“Because I’m sadistic.”
… reasonable enough.
Seriously, don’t push yourself – take all the time you need.
And seriously, the succubus is deliciously evil … you write the best villains.
Awww, thanks you guys! You have NO IDEA how gratifying it is to have even one comment. Nine is even better!

I’m caught up…. To this reveal…
She actually monologued and explained. I guess the evil overlord list was one of those things that got lost over history…
I don’t think it was lost.

Someone’s out there with the only remaining copy.
It’s probably me.
I remember that. I added a whole bunch of rules once, but I lost the document.
