I don’t see how that would be implied. The demons probably used any body young and healthy that they could easily get their hands on and knew it could be controlled. Depending on the circumstances at any given time, that could have been both male and female bodies.
What is outright said, not even implied, with those last two sentences is, that this is not the first time Sheng was put into a female body.
Nope, the fact, that these are her biggest boobs yet, actually increases the likelihood of an all-male streak before this. Even for different interpretations of “boobs”*:
– Male bodies don’t have boobs**: The only thing is always the maximum*** regarding any property. My current penis is my longest so far, as it is my only one. I have had it since my birth. It is also my shortest penis ever, but we rarely mention this.
– Male bodies always have boobs, albeit usually small ones: The boobs shown here easily beat most man-boobs, so being the biggest yet would be quite likely.
– Some male bodies have boobs (if they aren’t to thin): Pretty much the same as above.
* This totally stopped sounding like a word.

I see your point and retract my “outright said”. I’m still absolutely convinced that is heavily implied though. The whole package of words and accompanying gesture just scream that to me. Especially since the boobs here don’t just easily beat most man-boobs. They’ll also beat at least a good number of female ones.
We still differ on the meanings of “imply” versus “suggest” or “indicate”. I prefer the first one from http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/imply: to have as *necessary* consequence. But yeah, it has more than one meaning and considering this, we are in agreement.

I don’t think the machine was destroyed. They did remove Shelinda from it, but the portal was repaired, and Shelinda was healed.
Also, I think they have the option of healing Shelinda again. Elka’s rejuvenation abilities seem like they’re beyond top tier.
That takes care of the body. What about the maintenance of the mind, where the demons came from?
Now the only thing left is to dispose of the remaining demons before they find and enslave Sheng again.
