It’s a sizable building, with some medical equipment, and large occupational capacity, the Dragon Doctors only ever used a small operation room anyways, it has housing for several people, it’s what they need

The previous tenants were presumed dead or trapped inside, they hadn’t been paying local property taxes either, the property became owned by the state, until Amy bought it from the state, therefore it legally belongs to Amy, ethically it’s a gray area, as due to circumstances beyond their control, even if they had money, they were unable to pay the taxes or provide proof of ownership through any existing government records therefore you have two parties that can claim legal ownership and no foul play, fortunately both parties are proven to be particularly selfless, meaning that they are likely to come to a mutual agreement before things get out of hand.

Sarin explicitly laid out a treatment regiment for the guy that sniped at her concerning a succubus infestation. (He was being mind-controlled by one. She is still infested, but can be freed by extensive psychic cleansing.) The treatment methods, and the demons’ existence is known, it’s just hard to diagnose and treat, as said demons tend to make their thralls try to kill anyone who gets too close.
Just because you can’t locate them, or definitively determine their presence, doesn’t mean you don’t know they exist, the uncertainty makes the threat they present non-actionable by any governing body until definitive proof is presented, on account of resources and implications on how one could handle such a situation.

Well they were all valley cursed, so even if they were born female, there is a chance that some of them could only identify as male, equal or greater likelihood possibly than people who naturally feel as though they were born in the wrong body today, and because they would have had the curse, they wouldn’t have had the option to correct it. So that is also a possibility for some of them being cool with it, also the “now I have another option to how I want to look” part may help

Did Josh get turned back into a man by the modified phoenix-fire release? She was pretty close by, and hasn’t it been implied that Josh was likely affected by the incubus many years ago when she was sent to investigate Cary’s reports?
As far as we know, yes. Turned male as well.
Which would mean any manipulating power the incubus still had would obviously be ineffective right now.
