So what of the disintegrator that was to be used to kill her in the first place, it would be a legal and just use for it, self defense.

2.) Mr. Trenchoat is armed while Sarin is not.
I’d consider the hanging lamp. We don’t know how this guy handles an electric jolt put through him, especially coming from a 120W light fixture.
