Surprise, Blue has a human form! Well, she’s living in a world of humans, it’s not like she couldn’t do this to assimilate. In a backstory chapter I never put out it would have been established that she went to police academy in human form so she’d have the same standards as everyone else.

Another surprise: Blue is actually really vulnerable within that emotional armor.
