A thing I really like about the page is that they instantly recognize that empty clothes out like that are a bad sign rather than going, “derp, must have forgotten there laundry herpaderp.”
Between the fact that Mori is obviously the oldest team member by far, and the earlier genre-savvy remark about bad luck in a dangerous job, I am now concerned about whether Tom and Nancy get out of here in one piece.
Also I’m getting a little bit of deja vu- was there an offhand mention of Mori discovering the Fountain of Youth in a previous chapter, like, as part of a quick list of previous accomplishments? Because if so, that is some very nice foreshadowing you have there.
Impatience isn’t a bad thing in a webcomic that updates three pages a week. 😀
