I didn’t see a problem with this – we still don’t know where Goro is or what is happening to her, and we still don’t see how the thief might be caught. That Goro is alive doesn’t mean Elizabeth will lose.
At least she’s in a hospital gown but her arm’s not bloody. That implies that her image is based on her current appearance and she’s been healed and cleaned up. …Not that that implication is necessarily TRUE.
