This is “good logic” by the dryad. “I’m super strong and big now so if it zaps any of that out of me I’ll be fine” eyep, good logic. But then again they’re in the heat of the moment and need to deal with things fast.
The stone will also use that strength essence that’s left over to fuel more plant growth, which will help her recover.
